This is a recycled-multitasking email! "Recycled" because it comes from a mail I just sent a friend of mine in Indiana. It tasks: |

| Robin Hood House: A Story of Vern | |||||
| By Curtis M. Carlson | |||||
| I want to tell you a story about Vern. Vern was a good friend of mine, and a client in one of the group homes that I worked in, you know group homes, assisted living for people with disabilities. Vern was in his early twenties. Medium height, about 180 lbs. of solid muscle and with no developmental disability; he was of average to advanced intelligence. | |||||

| Robin Hood House: The Hobe | |||||
| By Curtis M. Carlson | |||||
| The trip went really well. Hobe bathed with no wrestling, they gave him his suitcase and lunch pail of medications and stuck him on the bus. He made it to his sister's, spent two days, no problems, got back on the bus and never showed up at the bus station. Not to worry he was eventually found, but what happened during that bus trip earned the Hobe his nickname. | |||||

| Rock is Dead | |||||
| By John Iadipaolo | |||||
|
In a culture obsessed with bubble gum pop and gangsta rap rule, it's decidedly uncool to be labeled a 'rocker'. Rock is what our parents listened to, so naturally the average teen wants the polar opposite. They want manufactured beauty kings (N'Sync) and queens (Spears) to croon about a messy breakup or a new crush. They want tough, young black men to rap about the hardships of the streets (when the majority of them have never set foot inside Harlem). |

| The ninety-seven cents letter openers are perfectly weighted to be used as throwing daggers, as much must be sharpened as soon as possible. The Office Kitchenette automatic can opener is the best method to sharpen letter openers. When asked why are you sharpening them, claim that its important to open your letters as fast as possible for distribution. Har. | |||||

So I'm on the subway the other day and I see the most beautiful girl I've ever seen--so I follow her. Sure she's not going to my stop, but what do I care? This is the most beautiful person I've ever seen, this is my destiny. I can feel it. |

| Roommates: Identifying the Species | |||||
| By Mark Driver | |||||
| Let's face it, living with other people sucks. Other people's filth, other people's clothes, other people's friends, and other people's food in the refrigerator. Unfortunately the economic realities of most of us keep that constant, unwanted companion across the hall. | |||||

| Rough day at no frills | |||||
| By Leandro | |||||
| "no frill clerks! Surrender now and you will not be harmed! You are outnumbered and we control most of the store!"
"NEVER!" screamed back Rob over the PA, then he looked at me, "today Leo, it's a Goudas day to die". |

| Ruining Boba Fett | |||||
| By Jason MacIsaac | |||||
| I am lifetime Star Wars fanatic. I didn't even mind The Phantom Menace, though like any rational human being I wanted Jar Jar Binks to die a horrible, gory and pointless death. As much as I love Star Wars and consider it an integral part of my childhood (I consider Lao-tse, Socrates and Yoda to be the greatest philosophers of all time) some aspects of Star Wars fandom really puzzle me. In fact, troubles me. | |||||

| Ruining Boba Fett 2 | |||||
| By Jason MacIsaac | |||||
| I do not believe for a second that Fett was intended to be an essential part of this universe. I don’t believe that when Boba Fett was added to The Empire Strikes Back, ol’ George was thinking "And this is the guy they cloned the Storm Troopers from." It’s only because of fan response to the novels and comics that his background was expanded for the prequel trilogy. | |||||
